किसानों के मुआवजे के लिये बुंदेलखण्ड विकास दल ने दिया ज्ञापन

पहले ओलावृष्टि,अब सूखे व पानी की किल्लत से हुये नुकसान सेे किसानों के मुआवजा के लिये बुदेलखण्ड विकास दल के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष अरूण सिंह चंदेल हमीरपुर,बाँदा,चित्रकूट,झाँसी,ललितपुर,जालौन डीएम को ज्ञापन भेजे। उन्होन बताया कि अत्याधिक गर्मी के कारण किसानो को पानी की दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, हर गांव में पानी की व्यवस्था करायी जाये। अभी तक किसानो सही मुआवजा न मिलने व तहसीलदारो द्वारा सही सूचना न देने से किसान काफी नाराज है। सूखे की मार झेल रहे किसानो की परेशानी को समझने की कृपा करे। अतः उचित व्यवस्था कराकर किसानों के जीवन को बचाने की कष्ट करे।हमीरपुर डी एम से मौधः कस्बे मे गैंग रॅप पर भी कार्रवाई करने का जोर डाला ।

NGT directs UP Govt to stop sand mining in Bundelkhand

An NGO on Wednesday moved the National Green Tribunal against the rampant illegal sand mining being carried out in Jalaun and Hamirpur districts of Uttar Pradesh, prompting the National Green Tribunal to direct authorities to immediately stop these activities.

A bench headed by Justice U D Salvi issued notices to Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF), Uttar Pradesh government, state pollution control board and others, seeking their responses by October 14.

"We have before us photographs of sand mining going on in two villages of district Jalaun being carried out on river Betwa. These photos were taken in last week of August, 2015. Admittedly, sand mining should not be carried out during the monsoon period....

(Article) बुन्देली भाषा व संस्कृति : अंकिता आचार्य पाठक

बुन्देलखण्ड का पौराणिक, ऐतिहासिक, साहित्यिक व सांस्कृतिक दृष्टि से अपना अलग ही महत्व है। धसान, पार्वती, सिन्धु, बेतवा, चम्बल, यमुना, नर्मदा, केन, टोंस और जामनेर नामक दस नदियों से युक्त इस खण्ड को ‘दशार्ण’ भी कहा गया। बुन्देलखण्ड का ऐतिहासिक अध्ययन करने पर ज्ञात होता है इसे पहले कई नामों से जाना गया, कालान्तर में गहरवारवंशीय हेमकर्ण पंचम के द्वारा अपना स्वयं का नाम बुन्देला रखने के बाद तथा उनकी पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी शासन के उपरान्त इस खण्ड का नामकरण “बुन्देलखण्ड” हो गया। बुन्देलखण्ड को कई महापुरुषों ने, वीरों ने, गुरुओं ने अपनी कला भूमि के रूप में ख्याति दिलाई। आदिकवि वाल्मीकि, वेद व्यास, द्रोणाचार्य आदि गुरु इसी भूमि पर उत्पन्न हुए। वहीं यह खण्ड आल्हा-ऊदल छत्रसाल-हरदौल लक्ष्मीबाई की यह वीर भूमि बना। सूर-तुलसी, केशव-भूषण, ईसुरी गुप्त आदि कवियों की यह तपोभूमि बना।

बुन्देलखण्ड का लोक जीवन अधिक सरस है। यहाँ व्यक्ति में अहं की भावना समाप्त हो जाती है तथा मैं के स्थान पर हम की भावना उदित होती है। यहाँ लोक में चलना, उठना, बोलना, नृत्य करना, संस्कार परक गीतों में सहभागिता सब साथ चलता है। बुन्देलखण्ड की बोली बुन्देली है। जिसका विकास कई भौगौलिक, सांस्कृतिक, आर्थिक कारणों से अलग- अलग दिशाओं में हुआ है। आदर्श बुन्देली का स्वरूप मध्य क्षेत्र में ही देखने को मिलता है। बुन्देली बोली अपने आप में समृद्ध है जिससे यह एक भाषा का रूप ग्रहण करने में सक्षम है। इसकी कई उपबोलियाँ हैं। लोधांती, पवारी, खटोला, बनाफरी, लोधी, छिंदवाड़ा बुन्देली, नागपुरी हिन्दी आदि। राजनैतिक दृष्टि से बुन्देलखण्ड के अंतर्गत निम्न जिले आते हैं—

Bundelkhand Circuit : Jalaun

This district lies between Etawah and Kanpur. On its north flows the Yamuna river, on its southwest it adjoins Samthar in the district of Jhansi. To the southeast, the river Betwa divides it from Jhansi and Hamirpur. It is said the place derives its name from that of rishi Jalwan who lived here in ancient times. Previously it was in Allahabad division but in 1911 it was transferred to Jhansi division. There are four tehsils by the name of Jalaun, Konch, Orai and Kalpi. The Yamuna, Betwa and Pahuj rivers nearly encircle it.

Its earliest inhabitants were probably Bhils and similar tribes. Its traditional history from the earliest times to the end of Mahabharata war is mainly gleaned from the Puranas. The earliest known traditional ruler of this region was king Yayati. During the 16th century, Jalaun seems to have served as the halting place between Delhi and Bengal.

What to see

Konch, Orai, Heritage Hotel in Fort Rampura (Paying Guest House), Chourasi Tomb of Lodhi Shah Badshah.

Konch

About 30 km west of Jalaun, the place has numerous ancient temples and ruins. It is said to the birthplace of Chamund Rai, the famous commander of king Prithviraj Chauhan. Many traditional fairs and festivals are held here round the year.

NGT directs UP Govt to stop sand mining in Bundelkhand

An NGO on Wednesday moved the National Green Tribunal against the rampant illegal sand mining being carried out in Jalaun and Hamirpur districts of Uttar Pradesh, prompting the National Green Tribunal to direct authorities to immediately stop these activities.

A bench headed by Justice U D Salvi issued notices to Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF), Uttar Pradesh government, state pollution control board and others, seeking their responses by October 14.

"We have before us photographs of sand mining going on in two villages of district Jalaun being carried out on river Betwa. These photos were taken in last week of August, 2015. Admittedly, sand mining should not be carried out during the monsoon period....
